Matanza

After a brief hiatus, we are thrilled to announce the return of the famous annual MALSA Matanza on November 2023!

Matanzas are a wonderful and unique tradition in Hispanic culture. Traditionally, this gathering has been held to honor the ongoing and vital support of MALSA alumni for students of color at UNM School of Law and welcome new Malseros to this thriving community.

Donations for this catered but casual community will support scholarships for graduating students. Come, enjoy good food and music, Nuevo México style. Cocktails and mocktails will be served. Family members are welcome, masks or vaccination encouraged but not required. RSVPs are required because space is limited. Hope to see you there!
